As a Chaplain for Hospice, I spend a great deal of time many visiting with patients and their families as they prepare for a new chapter in their lives. Creating a ceremony to honor your loved one and bring comfort to you is part of that process. We’ll work together to create a time when family and friends can gather to mourn, grieve and celebrate together the life that touched each of them.
